Safety firstSwitch the dishwasher off at its breaker before you reach into the base or remove a filter or cover, and let the tub and water cool after a cycle. Watch for sharp debris. Pump, heater, valve and control-board repairs belong to a qualified appliance technician.

When to call a pro
If the error continues, Samsung says to request service through its Support Center. Not the same as bE or 6E, which is a stuck button. Not the same as AP, which is Access Point mode for connecting the dishwasher to a mobile device.
