Likely causes
- Compressor start winding is open
- Failed run capacitor
- Faulty run-capacitor wiring
- Compressor not wired to the control, or other faulty compressor wiring

- Write down 06. It is the open start circuit, not the 4-trip lockout L6
- Techniciancheck the compressor, the run capacitor, and the wiring. The chart says the fault clears after 1 normal cycle, or by cycling 24 VAC to the control
